✅ 3. Wrap the cuff around your wrist, about 1–2 cm below your wrist bone. Make sure it sits snugly but comfortably for the best accuracy.
✅ 4. Sit down with your arm relaxed and raised to heart level. Keeping the monitor at heart height gives the most reliable reading.
✅ 5. Press the ‘Start’ / ‘On’ button to begin the measurement.The cuff will automatically inflate, take the reading, and deflate on its own.
✅ 6. Stay still and avoid talking while the reading is being taken.Your blood pressure and pulse results will appear on the screen within seconds.
✅ 7. For best results, take 2–3 readings, 1–2 minutes apart, and use the average.
